Bobbi served us and was very welcoming
Bobbi served us and was very welcoming, professional and attentive. She listened to our requirements and helped us book a cruise for next year.
This will be our 5th cruise booked through Hays at Wallsend and all staff we have encountered are so helpful and welcoming.

We went in for advice about taking our grandchild abroad without her mum and then we booked a holiday with your rep he was very experienced and showed us quite a few different places to go because we did not want to travel the middle of the night going or coming back. Well done to him
