Booked 2 holidays through Amelia at Hays Travel in Walsall and she has been absolutlely amazing both times. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, always going above and beyond to find the best option for me.
On our 2nd booking we gave her dates & budget and found us a hotel that was absolutely perfect! Amelia was professional and super helpful and will be booking through her again!

My advisor was the young lady I'd previously booked with ...( but tbh they are a lovely bunch at this shop !)...very very helpful and friendly ...nothing to much trouble ....I wouldn't book anywhere else now !!!

Lovely staff, very helpful

Amelia was very helpful bringing all my ideas together for a long weekend, with friends, for a break in Dublin. She found us a beautiful hotel in the centre of the city, along with air travel that fitted with our schedules.
She asked what we wanted & was able to make it all happen. This was my first time booking through Hays & I can highly recommend.

Amelia was very friendly and took her time finding a perfect holiday for the dates we had. Never rushed us and completed all the booking so no hassle for us.
