As soon as we walked through the door the whole team greeted us with a smile (Rare these days .)Angela was exceptionally helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find what we were looking for . Also making sure we had all information including things like a card that we are now considering which we knew nothing about as well saying we could get our euros at the store,Angela made the experience easy and pleasant. What a lovely lady.

Super staff all round at the Wellingborough Hays store - nothing is too much trouble with several members of the team having awful lot of experience in the travel industry and they take note of all you are looking for and give excellent advice!

My experience with hays is at the highest level Stacy in the wellingbough branch has always gone over and above her duties as a sales rep to ensure I get the holiday I want.

Chloe was very helpful when I was booking a holiday to Egypt .very informative .overnight the prices went up ??? Was surprised .was it because I showed interest ? I did feel a little pressured to book now or prices will go up .

Although we had been recommended by friends we were most impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable and competitive quote we were given by Angela, this won't be our last visit.
