All very good. All explained and pleasant,knowledgeable staff.
One small thing, When a customer walks in, they should be acknowledged, even if the the staff are busy.
'We will be with you as soon as we can.'

Very efficient; Wendy was very pleasant, reassuringly competent and responded with alacrity to our follow up questions; she kept us in touch throughout the process and we have been so pleased with her work that we have asked her to book one of our hols for next year!

Brilliant service
Emma has been very efficient, phoned us as promised mid April with price update. Requested everything we asked and our itinerary was spot on for our destination. Very good package, with good communication and smooth transactions.
