When ever I go into Hays Travel in Westbourne I receive friendly attention from all the staff. They are efficient and knowledgeable and on top of their job. A good experience.

The young lady who looked after us was so friendy knowledgeable and helpful. I always recommend Hayes travel in Westbourne to all my friends. I've never had poor unfriendly service. Who ever I've seen to book a holiday has been excellent.

Booking was OK in Hays Travel but it would of been easier add the health questions done in the shop, but had to phone the insurance company to add the health questions.

It's great booking holidays through Hays Travel as we are not regular travelers and love the stress free way they help from booking the flights, insurance and helping with accessing the holiday money with an app. Simon just makes this whole process more enjoyable!
