Very easy to book a holiday

First class service, professional and friendly as always. Would recommend 100% to anyone to book a trip with hays.

We were able to see one of the assistants with out making an appointment. Nicole gave us great options and explained everything very well. We went away with lots of posable holidays. Nicole also sent us more information about more options. We went back to the shop and went through the holiday we had decided on. Before we left we were all booked for our next adventure and very happy. Thank you Nicole

Spent a long time with Tracey and she went through every available option for us ,and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her.

As per usual, really pleasant greeting for us on our tenth Hayes booked holiday. Staff very custome aware and very helpful. We are impressed by the company and its, staff, prices compare to on-line qotes and during this hot time ,airconditioning. Well done Hayes.
