We gave booked with hats in weymouth and never been disappointed.
Nigel who tended our needs was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of our holiday.

We booked on board Britannia and the booking was transferred over to Hays Weymouth with whom I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. The whole booking service and follow up notification from Hays were very efficient thank you.

Hays travel has made our hole booking experience so easy and smooth and super excited to be going on a childhood holiday.

Rebecca did a perfect job,easily taking all the stress out of booking our holiday for us. It was service with a smile from the moment we walked in, like talking to a friend we have known for years.

Tuesday was so helpful finding us the right holiday. Despite a number of "out of the box" requests, she took on the task and within the day she found us the holiday we were searching for.

Rachel the travel rep booked the holiday we had researched ourselves and managed to match the online price. I prefer to book at our local Hayes Branch and Rachel is always very pleasant and helpful

We wanted to book with the company we always use but there was no availability. Rebecca found us a very similar holiday which was on offer. She said they dealt with them alot and we trusted her experience. She was very friendly and helpful

Lovely staff always very polite positive and friendly they help you with any issues I have the shop is always clean and tidy and you are always greeted with a smile 😊 I would recommend hays travel both in weymouth or Dorchester to anyone

Great Staff. Everyone that I have spoken to whilst deciding whether or not to book my cruise has been extremely helpful, without coming across as pushy.

We book through Hays for the majority of our holidays because we always find the staff helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We will continue to use the Weymouth branch for as long as we can as we much prefer the face to face booking than online
