Rebecca was superb in sniffing out a two week break to Rhodes for me which fitted in with the timeline I had available to go away

I booked a holiday with Nigel .. as I was booking a solo holiday he was very helpful and found me a suitable holiday which I am very happy with.

Naydee in the weymouth branch was absolutely amazing. No question was too much, she was very knowledgeable and helpful with many things.
She helped us to book the italy cruise we have always wanted to do and made sure we all had the information that we needed.

Just booked another cruise with Hays travel, Chantelle was very helpful and friendly sorting out what we wanted and booking the cruise for us. Pity Hays can't sort the extra insurance for medical declaration anymore as that used to save us so much time trying to get through on the phone.

Excellent service, everything explained very well as I was booking up prior to the holiday going on sale to general public. All went smoothly with all the details i needed being sent and phone call as per plan . Although clealy having a busy day, the Hayes representative (Tuesday) allowed us all the time we needed to discuss our holiday proposals & answer our various questions. We were therefore able to make an easy decision with her advice and guidance and look forward to our perfect holiday.
