Great customer service, Michaela sorted our cruise out to Japan and South Korea, we chose our deck, and cabin, the entire experience was so good, we will definitely use this company again,

Very helpful staff,booked a package holiday then changed my mind about the hotel.went back to hays the next day and changed to a different hotel.No problem whatsoever.No fees to pay at all.Great customer service.This is the second time I have used hays.won't use anyone else now.
