Karen was very helpful and thorough.As a regular Jet 2 customer I was somewhat disappointed that I did not qualify for any discount on my holiday given that £60 off vouchers are given out on arriving home and the Daily Mail was offering such money off vouchers for entering a competition.Single travellers suffer yet again!

The minute we arrived to leaving we were made welcome every thing was explained from arriving at the airport check-in flight times hotel etc good places to visit on holiday etc also your door is always open if need any further information or help

Lucas went all out to sort our holiday, even when thwarted by the the website he then went on to secure us a great deal. All added extras (parking and insurance) sorted too.
