I haven't booked a holiday through the travel agent for many years. However, we saw a good holiday deal in Hays window that we wouldn't have found online.

All the staff at the Whitley Bay Hays have been extremely helpful taking time to explain things. They managed to find the best price for our holiday. A truly outstanding team. I will be definitely using them again.

Gemma at Whitley Bay was brilliant as always! We wanted a holiday to Mallorca at short notice and it was sorted out for us promptly and efficiently. We always go to Hays and would have no reservations about recommending them.
