Using Hays travel for the first time
I found it so easy to pop into my local Hays shop lovely office full off well trained agents I had my holiday booked in no time everything was explained down to the smallest thing will definitely be using Hays again

As a wheelchair user its difficult to find a suitable holiday which is as accessible as possible the lady who helped us was brilliant and told us which were not suitable and did not try to sell us something we were unable to do which has happened before with a different travel agent so she was very good!
