They were very efficient we knew what we wanted the young lady helped us get sorted . We like the fact they print everything out for us. Especially boarding passes. We like the offers on currency.

we have booked another holiday and Ellie made it very easy the time she made sure that the holiday was the right for us every detail from the departure time and the return fights were ok for us even the hotel she told us about Thank you Ellie you are top marks from us
