We always use Hays travel and have used 3 different people in the last year and they are all very nice to customers and know what we want, they listen to us so they work for us to find what area we ask for, 10 out of 10 always.

Efficient ,friendly service from Debbie in the wombwell branch, nothing too much trouble, made the process quick and easy, explaining everything and having patience ,excellent service .

We contacted Hays Wombwell and spoke to Nicola. She matched the price of a holiday we found online with EasyJet. Made the process so quick and easy. Was so helpful and talked us through flights, resort etc. Will be back to look for our next holiday! Highly recommend
