Richard was amazing! Super friendly and Answered all my messages quickly and got the holiday booked in less than 10 mins, all questions answered promptly and the deal was that good I booked another holiday the day after!

I called and spoke to a lovely lady called Nicola. I paid off a holiday and was enquiring to see if a holiday could be price matched. The price was matched and booked with no issues, Nicola was very polite friendly and informative. I have used hays travel for years and will continue to in the future.

Excellent booking experience. My wife and I wanted to arrange a 3 centre custom itinerary in Italy over 3 weeks. We went to our local Hayes, the first time we’ve used them. Paige was helpful and over that morning was able to come up with a practical itinerary including flights and transfers within our budget. Well pleased!
