Hays made booking a P&O cruise so easy. So nice to sit face to face with a human being to talk through room options available for the group of 6.

Lovely Staff, very helpful and friendly. Wasn't booking a brochure holiday so downside is those in shop can't book flights or hotels they have to ring another office who do that which means long wait or leaving information and them calling you back. It was all done very professionally and very happy with arrangements
