Hays Travel - York Clifton Moor レビュー

Second time we have used Hays to book our holiday with Jet2. Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. Would always recommend this wonderful company.

Always listen to what we need from our holiday and always deliver. After sales service is excellent.

Kelly at Clifton Moore branch is very knowledgeable patient and credit to your company

A very good experience.
Kelly was very helpful on helping us decide our holiday experience to America.

I made an enquiry with the agent who then came back to me with option which I took up.

Very sufficient

I found an offer on a competitor site so called Phil to quickly match and book
Knowing us as customers he was also able to recommend a better hotel location to reduce our walking time
Great work as always 😊

Cannot fault Julie 100% every time, wouldn’t use anyone else

Friendly staff, simple process to book a package holiday. Everything included which we wanted.

We were expertly taken care of by Kelly from start to finish, she was helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy customers.

First class service, thank you Phillip.

They explained clearly flight details. I can come back in and more worries can be given when I first go to airport and terminal.

Always my 1st stop when booking our cruises
They went above and beyond to ensure I got my cabin and destination on my future journey on the day it was released

We were fortunate to discuss our holiday requirements with Julie. As with previous dealings with her she was able to suggest various options to us including some that we had not previously considered.
Having made our choice, she then spent time in fine tuning the end product and, although she was approaching the end of her shift, she was very attentive to our requirements, explaining the advantages, or, otherwise, to our plans in an informative manner irrespective of the time.
A very professional service Julie, much appreciated. Thank you.

All our travel arrangements have been organised with professional courtesy and precision. Highly recommend them.

Booked with Julie. She’s always so helpful and patient making sure we get the holiday we want. She’s very knowledgeable and she gave me lots of information on relevant websites, how to book trips and how to use the new Hays Travel App.
The shop at Clifton Moor York is so friendly and welcoming I wouldn’t think of using another local agent.

I kept changing my mind on what I wanted and how many for. Ruby was great just repriced everything and kept me informed of everything

I got help with the package I was wanting, great service

She was knowledge, extremely helpful, pleasant attitude and found us what we wanted.

Great information from the store manager who spent time finding us the right holiday
