I ordered an oximeter during lockdown. I received an oximeter, but a much cheaper one than the one I ordered.
I requested a refund for the difference which was agreed via email, but I have not received my refund, nor have I received a response to my last couple of emails chasing the refund. As a carer and someone who works for the NHS I find it appalling that this company who works in and supplies healthcare will not refund me the £30-£40 difference, nor respond to my emails.

I Needed an ear irrigation superfast which was organised by Fiona with next day delivery by UPS. Super communication Fiona, thanks. I managed to follow up all appointments as booked in.

Really shocked at the disparity of the results between these body composition scales and the body composition scales at our David Lloyd gym. I did not expect exact readings. But the differentials on body fat and muscle are 33%. Is there a major calibration issue? Sane fir both my husband and myself.

Awful experience and not somewhere I would recommend. My brother paid for a rollator in January - a rollator which, according to the website, would be delivered in 7 working days. It is now April and we are still waiting for his rollator to arrive. He has complex needs and is in urgent need of this rollator, a fact which has been conveyed to the customer service team, and yet tge delivery date keeps getting pushed back. Compound the fact that this item has still to be delivered, has yet to have a confirmed delivery date, and keeps getting delayed, with the reality that the company has failed to keep us informed as to what is happening (contact has only occurred when I have chased up the purchase with numerous queries), and I feel compelled to write this review so as to warn others of the terrible experience we have to save someone else going through the same stress. My brother is still waiting for something that should have taken 7 working days, that he has paid for, and that he really needs. This company needs to do better for its customers.

An excellent company to deal with. As a private customer we purchased a Philips Defibrillator from HCE. It was securely and quickly delivered but we had an issue with the short expiry on the ‘pads’.
One call to HCE and pads with a 2026 expiry date were quickly sent to us. Again, by secure courier.
Can’t fault such impressive service.

I bought an ELI 230 wireless ECG for clinical use. The order process was generally good although it took a while for the equipment to arrive (the carry case was out of stock) and I only have 10 clips for the ECG tabs rather than the 12 I need to run a 12 lead ECG! Also, there are no attachment stickers included to get started. I will drop HCE a line to see if they can correct this.

A day later than expected but seems to be well built, durable and reliable. Saving the VAT by having one of the listed illnesses or injuries is a big plus point. Bonus points to HCE for pointing that out. 22
