I’m absolutely in love with the Portofino set! The neutral tones of taupe, beige, grey, and soft white blend beautifully together and bring such a calm, elegant feel to my living space. The quality is amazing – you can really tell it’s printed on premium canvas and hand-stretched with care.

The matte texture looks so sophisticated, and the frames (I went for the natural finish) are sturdy and beautifully made. It’s such a timeless piece of wall art – minimal, warm, and effortlessly stylish. Definitely worth it! 🤍

AVOID AT ALL COST.
Do not buy from this company biggest waste of £250 and left feeling let down and ripped off. The quality of the prints are low (although would look good if printed yourself not for £250) and arrived with damaged frames which are of a poor quality. They claim the art work is custom made yet it is clearly not and just printed, mounted and framed. False advertising at its best, which I fell for when selecting artwork from my newly renovated home.

It says on their website that they do not take returns for ‘changes of minds or exchanges’ which is again consumer rights. I am not happy with the quality of the product as it was damaged and the quality of the frames.

The website further states that they will offer a replacement or full refund. I want a full refund as the option gives. However am being told ‘they do not offer refunds’
I would not have purchased at all if I had seen these reviews. Their policy is misleading and I will be taking this further under trading standards and consumer rights.

From other reviews I can see that other customers have been refunded for damaged items. Shocking customer service.

I had ordered a 3 set artwork from HD London, which arrived in 8 days. It is absolutely stunning! It brings all the work we have done in our living room together beautifully. About a week after, I did receive a duplicate delivery and on contacting HD London, they quickly apologized for the mixup and gifted us the duplicate set. Amazing quality for money and wonderful customer service??? I will definitely be back for more!

I bought 3 framed canvases. I had an issue with damage in transit. Issue was sorted quickly and fairly. Canvases are stunning.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else for artwork for my home! The quality is exceptional, and the collection is absolutely stunning — I honestly want them all. Their customer service is outstanding as well; they’re always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I was especially impressed when they honoured a discount code I found after placing my order — they applied it without hesitation. It’s rare to find a company that combines beautiful products with such genuine care for their customers. Highly recommend!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this unreliable company.
They completely failed to meet their own delivery commitments as stated in their terms and conditions. My order wasn't dispatched within the promised timeframe, and over a month later, I still haven't received the product.
Despite chasing them repeatedly over several weeks, they eventually agreed to issue a refund within 3–5 working days — yet two weeks later, I'm still waiting. Customer service has been appalling throughout this process and is now ignoring my emails entirely.
Avoid this company at all costs.
Overpriced products, broken promises, and shockingly poor customer service. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a product which quite clearly states "dispatch in 2-5 working days" 8 working days ago. No sign of it at all. I've asked to cancel the order, it's not as if there is a shortage of companies selling this kind of thing!

Updated as of 15th October - still no sign of my order. I've tried to cancel with the company due to their false advertising of delivery dates, and they are refusing to cancel the order.

Updated as of 17th October - updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. My wall art arrived today and it's stunning. Really happy with it. I am giving 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the service. If the company advertised correctly that each piece is bespoke and may take as long as 2-3 weeks for delivery it would be a far less frustrating experience and everyone could go into it with eyes wide open as to what to expect.

3 weeks old order told it was in late part of production and will be dispatched soon a week ago. Had no contact. Ignoring emails.

I ordered a set of two paintings and after a bout a month of waiting received just one of them. I have contacted customer service who passed it to another team that was three days ago and still no answers not a good first time experience

I ordered 2 canvas sets which stated quick delivery 2-5 days. I ordered as a wedding present well in advance for the wedding. It is now 11 days after ordering and the wedding was today . Still not received the canvas sets I’m so disappointed I would never have ordered them if I had known they would take so long and now can’t cancel . So if you want to order don’t rely on the quick delivery that they state . **Update In fact this is false advertising to state a quick delivery service and still not get the order 2 weeks later and awful customer service . I would avoid ordering from his company.

Well what can I say I have had a nightmare with this company firstly the picture took 2 weeks to arrive due to the delivery company saying the parcel was too big when it eventually arrived it was damaged what a nightmare trying to sort this out I sent numerous photos but they kept on saying the photos weren’t good enough thus went on for about 2 weeks I got PayPal involved to help me sort it out in the end they said they don’t do refunds which is totally illegal as the product was damaged they also said it’s my problem with the delivery not there’s and also told me to repair the damaged picture not happening eventually after threatening them with legal action I got my refund after 4 weeks if stress DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

HD London has a fantastic selection of art work . Very easy to order and delivery was quick . More than happy to recommend HD London . Great prices and service was flawless.

Great choice of pictures and reasonably priced. Customer services responded quickly to my email when I asked about delivery times. Pictures were well wrapped and look great in our dining room. Very happy customer.

If you are after high quality, eye catching artwork then HD London is the place to be! I have recently purchased a fantastic collection which completes the room perfectly! They are strong and sit well. Easy to assemble and came very well packaged as to not get damaged. Overall, extremely happy with the whole service and the result!

Great service and fab products. I have had one set of wall art that looks amazing. Have just ordered another set but ordered the wrong size. I emailed them straight away to advise and they sorted it within an hour. Can’t wait for my new purchase!

Overall pleased with the artwork, prints look the same as advertised, I ordered white frames which could have had another coat of paint as you can see some of the natural wood in the grain/gaps. The customer service is a let down. The delivery time stated on their website was not met, waited almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Poor communication and no updates along the way seeing as there was a big delay, I chased to ask why there was a delay and was told my order would be despatched by the end of the week and it wasn’t. Chased again twice with no response.

We recently ordered a trilogy called Patagonia - after deliberating as there are so many beautiful canvases to choose from. Our order arrived soon after with great communication throughout the process. The artwork was beautifully and very securely packaged. We are delighted with the canvases. They are vibrant and so well made. We will definitely be ordering again and would recommend Hdlondonart !
