Excellent service and tailor made health care planâŠ
I received a call from Sarah Johnston following a request for more info via the online website enquiry form. I had no idea what kind of health cover I needed or how much it would cost. I wanted to make sure myself and my two sons were going to have peace of mind for our future healthcare as we have all experienced very long waiting lists with the nhs. Sarah went through everything in a clear and understandable way. She listened to my requirements and tailored a plan for each of us separately and explained why we all needed different types of cover due to my ongoing health issues. The cost and value for money was really surprising and I was able to add a couple of extras that I didnât think Iâd be able to afford. Sarah communicated with me throughout the day with calls emails and text messages to confirm that the application process for each of us was going through. I felt really happy that not only had I found the right plans for me and my sons but also the customer service and support was fantastic.
