Qualche problema terminato bene
A causa del noto modo di lavorare delle Poste Italiane, il pacco contenente i calzini, risultava consegnato quando in realtà non lo era.
Ho chiesto aiuto all'assistenza di Heel Tread senza ricevere alcuna risposta e nessun aiuto.
17/03 dopo aver ricevuto la risposta da parte di Heel Tread ho verificato se veramente mi avessero risposto ed effettivamente era così. Motivo per cui cambio il valore della recensione aggiungendo questa parte scritta.

A company of true passionate people
There are not anymore so many example of true passion applied to a product, unfortunately.
But at Heel Tread yes.
And it's always a pleasure buy here: products are well made, time of waiting does worth the wait.
Their socks last long even if you use them daily.

Fun socks but mediocre execution
Sock design is fun. But some pairs aren't mirrored which is a bit weird.
Delivery is very slow.

Beautiful socks
My son-in-law is a petrol head and these socks are absolutely perfect for him. I have bought some on several occasions as presents and he has always been delighted.

I have not received my order yet (solved)
I have not received my order yet. At the same time my email account gets spammed everyday with promotional emails from your company. If I had used PayPal, I would have already disputed the transaction.
After this review, I was immediately contacted by a Heel Tread representative by e-mail. They confirmed my address and sent a new package. I have now received it. Therefore, I am changing my initial review to 5 stars, since the handling of my problem was fast and professional.
