Your order: #91016 was shipped on December 1 2025. Orders on standard shipping to United States can take up to 15 business days to arrive, as stated in our FAQs.
According to the tracking information, it was delivered on December 26th.
In that sense, may I kindly ask you to confirm with your family members and neighbors to see whether someone may have received the parcel on your behalf?

Since discovering this company and these socks, I will not wear nor own any other socks! Quality is brilliant, they wear really well. I currently have 18 pairs of which 8 are in circulation! They may seem pricey compared to normal socks but as I said Quality is excellent and well, they look awesome don't they!

Great socks, awesome customer service
Used Heel Tread for years. Unique socks, good quality. Recent order held up in customs (delivery to the UK😒) which I think is a UK customs mistake although it is very confusing. Reached out to Heel Tread who responded immediately and offered to refund the charge. Awesome customer support.

Commande #91609 confirmée le 7 décembre et indiquée comme en route le 9
Je n'ai à ce jour aucune nouvelle de mon colis ni du site, malgré des mails répétés qui n'ont même pas de réponse.
Le chatbot du site est inutile au possible, de son avis tout va bien.
Extrêmement déçu de n'avoir pu offrir son cadeau à mon père, je ne referai pas confiance à ce site qui s'est borné à me prélever sans rien respecter des délais et du SAV.
