En cuanto al envío fue rápido, podía haberlo sido más, ya que el almacén está situado enfrente del gimnasio al que acudo.
No contestaban, en principio a los correos, cuando me persone personalmente en su negocio, empezaron a contestar inmediatamente.

En cuanto a la bicicleta, básica, pero ajustada al precio, uno no puede esperar euros a 50 cts.

La tuve que llevar a ajustar a un mecánico, porque el montaje es posible hacerlo uno mismo, pero no queda nada fina.

Si la compras debes saber para lo que la quieres, para el tour de Francia, Nooooo. Para moverte a un precio bajo, modelo Berlín, menos de 300, no encontrarás en ningún sitio.

This is a long review but if your considering buying from Helliot give it a read.

TL:DR - Bought a scooter, didn't work, ask for refund, gave me wrong address, claimed they didn't get the scooter, had to go through the bank the get the money back.

I decided to "cheap" out and buy a helliot e-scooter, when it arrived I charged it up and went for a ride within 20 seconds the scooter lost all power and didn't move, I just assumed as it wasn't charged for a while that's why it lost charge.

I charged the scooter up for around 6-7 hours then tried it again and the same thing was happening so after a week of constant charging and the scooter dying on me I decided I wanted my money back, after emailing them video evidence that my scooter was clearly not working they told me to send it back to them if I paid for the return.

I tried to find their return address to send the scooter to but I couldn't find it so I emailed them and they sent me their address after weeks of emails. The scooter was shipped and signed for but the address they sent me was for a closed company called Fitness Innovation S.L, I emailed them proof of the scooter being dispatched by DPD and I sent them a tracking number with a link and they were saying the link that DPD sent me wasn't working.

I emailed them asking when will I receive my money back they responded "We are not aware of having received it. Do you have a tracking number and transport agency to see the status of the shipment?" at this point I was sick of them messing me about and them being rude about it for 3 weeks I told them to shove it.

I had to take it through my bank and with all my evidence Halifax decided it was a scam and refunded all my money after an investigation that took an extra month.

Onlangs mijn eerste Helliot bike gekocht via de officiële website. Vrijwel meteen na mijn betaling kreeg ik een bevestiging in mijn mailbox. Kon ook inloggen op de website van Helliot, maar kon niet zien wanneer de fiets geleverd zou worden.

Enkele dagen later een Whatsapp bericht gestuurd, maar duurde ruim 3 dagen voordat er antwoord kwam. Inmiddels wel via de vervoerder een leveringsbevestiging gehad + track en trace code. Uiteindelijk is de fiets na 7 dagen geleverd.

Ik heb de Fixie Soho 02 gekocht, een fixed gear fiets van 11 kg.. Lekker licht dus, maar hoe is het geleverd? De doos waarin hij aankwam voldeed aan de eisen. Alle onderdelen waren compleet aangekomen. Her en der op het stuur wat lakschade. De meegeleverde handleiding was in het Spaans en ondanks de foto's kon ik er weinig mee.

De remmen zijn zeer moeilijk af te stellen. Pas na een uur heb ik de remmen zo gemonteerd en afgesteld dat de fiets enigszins kan remmen. De remkracht van zowel de voor als achterrem is niet super, maar volstaat.

De trappers en zadel voelen ielig aan en geven mij na 1 dag fietsen niet heel veel vertrouwen. Ik denk dat ik ze op termijn ga vervangen net als de remmen.

De fiets rijdt na montage best goed en eenmaal op gang gekomen gaat het nog redelijk snel ook. Ben tevreden over de frame. Er kan een bidon houder op gemonteerd worden. Dat heb ik dan ook meteen bij een ander bedrijf besteld en gemonteerd.

De wielen lijken net als de cranks van plastic, maar zijn van aluminium. Heb deze Helliot Fixie gekocht als reserve fiets. Vandaag de gehele dag ermee gefietst naar en van werk. Dat gaat. Wanneer je erop instelt dat je hier te maken hebt met een goedkope, trendy fixed gear fiets van € 199,-, is het een prima fiets.

Transporte: A caixa vinha rasgada, mas a bicicleta aparentava estar em boas condições.
Montagem: Montei a bicicleta apenas para a levar inteira a uma oficina para fazerem o checkup completo e fazer a montagem corretamente.

É aqui que começam os problemas, os travões vieram desafinados (o disco da frente roça no travão) e o travão direito vinha com um parafuso "morto", não dando para fixar. O sistema de mudanças atrás partiu-se em 2 (péssima qualidade) e a oficina teve de mandar vir um sistema de 8 velocidades de muito melhor qualidade.

Resumo, a bicicleta esteticamente é muito bonita e eu precisava mesmo que fosse dobrável de roda 26, mas preparem-se que a probabiblidade de vir com defeitos é enorme, ou seja, é o preço da bicla + oficina mal a recebam, não tenham dúvidas disso.

Abbiamo acquistato due fat bike arrivate molto velocemente, però hanno avuto dei difetti che abbiamo corretto con una spesa minima. Abbiamo comunocato all'azienda i difetti e sono stati pronti a proporci la restituzione delle bici pagando la spedizione, oppure accettare il 5% di rimborso o un coupon del 10%. Diamo una valutazione abbastanza positivadell'azienda.

My husband and I we have both an e-scooter from Helliot. We are getting used to this fabulous way of movement. It is beautiful to ride when the sun is shining.

I purchased a bike from this company, 4 weeks ago, ive heard nothing from them since! I've emailed them to ask for a refund but they never reply, I live in the UK so can't just pop in to confront them!!!! Disgusting Company with terrible customer service!!!!

Calidad: Básica, muy básica y componentes muy malos, aunque he de decir, que no me sorprende, ya que quería algo muy básico, para la casa de la playa y para montar por el paseo marítimo.
Indicar que no viene nada ajustado y para cuadrar los frenos y los cambios tuvimos que llevarlas a una tienda, para que las pusieran a punto.

Servicio posventa: Pésimo. Te dejan tirado y no responden a los emails y no te dan ninguna solución, pese a venir golpeado y arañado el cuadro.

Transporte: Rápido. La verdad que en este apartado fueron bastante eficientes.

En resumen, no volvería a comprar ningún producto de esta marca por la atención tan lamentable recibida.

Bought this bike 2 years ago to rep lace stolen one.
Decided to get a pro to assemble it for me and added some height extending bits as am 6ft+.
Really happy with bike. Rides well and folds up so can put with my wife's folding bike on back seat.
Did not want to pay a fortune and recommend this for a good value mountain bike

I bought a bike on Helliot on 15 July 2021, which was delivered with the front tyre and disc damaged , several scratches and loss of paints on the bicycle . The company wouldn’t accept return for bicycle that’s been unpacked and assembled, but how would you know if it works perfectly well without assembling it ? After several emails , there’s been no response , I requested replacements of damaged areas , but the company decided to stop responding to my emails . If you care about your fund ,positive energy and time , do not purchase any of their bikes or accessories. They are sub standards and looks so cheap , with very poor finishing. They are way different from what you see on the edited pictures posted on the website . It is a complete scam and they only care about taking your money. They stopped responding to my emails without caring about the state of the bicycle, my state of mind. Be warned , think twice before purchasing any of their products. I got completely screwed and sad 😞
I had to buy another bicycle from a different shop, which was great and excellent (Bikester). Helliot is a cheap site selling substandard products.I had to sell the substandard bicycle online for a give away price . I wish I could give less than a ⭐️ rating . Once again , do not think of buying on there . Save your money and your peace of mind ☮️ Helliot bikes are rubbish

Ho comprato la bici hummer da montagna ed è davvero uno splendore, è molto veloce e adatta soprattutto per le salite. I cerchi in lega costano tanto e questa bici le possiede. I freni tutto sommato sono buoni non si può pretendere tanto spendendo 270 euro compresa la spedizione

Compre una bici en navidad y esta en la caja todavia … abri l caja y ya vi que las pegatinas de las ruedas estaban medio despegadas . Esta la caja en el garaje ya que contacte con ellos para devolverla y no te cntxtan !!! TIMADORES no teneis ni huevos a contextar los comentarios negativos

Ich habe ein Fahrrad bestellt und eines auch erhalten. Für den Preis den ich gezahlt habe, viel zu billig verarbeitet, an vielen Stellen teilweise billig geklebt, die Reifen zeigten Risse, einfach nur Schrott das Fahrrad für einen teuren Preis. Das schlimmste ist er, dass niemand sich von Helliot Bikes es interessiert hat, ich habe unzählige Mails geschrieben ohne je eine Antworterhalten zu haben. Keine Entschädigung. Ei Fach nichts
