We are giving Hello Cracow 100% plus for their wonderful service today.
We visited Aushwitz today 18 feb and had changed the original booking with another company due to terrible reviews and wow !! wish we had had this company as our first choice!! From the start of our booking we were kept informed all the way and no question asked was any trouble . Hubert was our lead today and he was outstanding with his knowledge and spoke English very well .We were told all the time what was happening regarding entry etc
Pick up was spot on and very punctual . Coach driver was also good 👍🏻 . Our guide at Aushwitz was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic company for excursions, we booked them twice for our trips one was to the thermal baths and then to Auschwitz-Birkenau both times the communication was excellent kept us informed both drivers were amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable absolute 5 star ⭐ service

We booked auschwitz and salt mines through the hellocracow website and the response was very quick in which they asked did we want to organise everything through whatsapp which made everything easier with an option to have the driver bring a packed lunch for us. Daniel was our driver for auschwitz and was very friendly and helpful to everyone. After auschwitz we were brought back to krakow got an hour break and then collected by alex to bring us salt mines who was also friendly and very helpful. We were given a time for both collections and both drivers were on time with no delay. I would highly reccomend using hellocracow as our experience was 5 stars.

We booked the Auschwitz trip via GYG. We selected and paid for a specific time slot as aware some companies change times. Definitely worth it as mo changes in times for us. Excellent communication via WhatsApp by #HelloCracow. Answered queries timeously. Exact details sent days before trip. Opportunity given to purchase lunch box at this time which I would recommend if not taking your own food/drinks as limited time to purchase during the trip. Pick up as scheduled and tickets, with our names, given out on bus trip there. Friendly informative guides. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again.

Purtroppo la mia valutazione dell'intera esperienza viene macchiata dall'atteggiamento freddo e a tratti arrogante della "leader" del tour, la sig.rina Valerie. Abbiamo tardato 2 minuti, alle 8:27 invece che alle 8:25 e non ci ha nemmeno salutati, indicandoci di entrare sull'autobus e sottolineando il ritardo (considerate che ci hanno spostato il tour anticipandolo di 2 ore). Si è comportata malissimo con dei bambini italiani, il che mi ha confermato che non apprezzasse molto gli italiani in generale. Credo che quando si decide di svolgere un determinato lavoro, specie quello dove si necessita comunicazione e dialogo, vanno tenute in considerazione tante cose. E credo che quel lavoro non faccia per lei. È un peccato perché il tour è stato organizzato bene.

Aggiornamento dopo la risposta dell'azienda. Scrivere una replica così difensiva dopo il fallito tentativo di segnalare la mia recensione in quanto offensiva e nociva (?) mi lascia alquanto perplesso. Sarebbe stato meglio evitare di replicare dopo che Trustpilot ha giustamente negato che venisse cancellata la mia rispettosa recensione. Ad ogni modo, sottolineo che non ci siamo assolutamente permessi di non rispettare le regole anzi, abbiamo provato ad aiutare la famiglia italiana che purtroppo non conosceva l'inglese. Nel nostro gruppo ci sono professori e persone che lavorano in contesti incentrati sulla comunicazione e sul rapporto con le persone, per tutti noi era un modo per conoscere di più gli eventi tragici del periodo, il tutto con enorme rispetto. Rispetto che, se vogliamo essere puntigliosi, è venuto a mancare anche dalla guida del posto sostenendo che "siamo venuti a passeggiare", quando in realtà cercavamo solo di osservare con maggiore interesse. Se avessi voluto fare la maratona, prendevo un biglietto per New York.

We booked two tours, one for Wieliczka and one for the thermal baths at Zakopane.
Everything was great except for the funicular at Zakopane. There I think they usually skip the queue but this time we were a group of 8 and for some reason they didn't allow it. The same thing happened to a different group but not to others. There's clearly something shady going on. Anyway the guide/driver was constantly in a rush so he lead us to cut in line,(at least one hour waiting time) which made us feel pretty awful. He was rushing at other stops too apparently due to the fact that large busses were schedueled very close to out party. He even got a speeding ticket.
Wieliczka was great, I recommend just taking the bus there, the public transport is really good, the place is really incredible

Hello Cracow tour operators are a great company to deal with if you are ever looking for a tour in Kraków in Poland.

We booked the Auschwitz Birkenau tour together with the Salt mines on one day. We did 18,000 steps during the 12 hour outing. We were booked to be picked up at an agreed rendezvous at 09:00, which was changed to 07:30 once we had paid!! (You can call me cynical!) the earlier start meant we missed a sit down breakfast at the hotel. However, they suggested we take from the buffet and provided two boxes for us (Hotel Francheska, highly recommended.)

Greg the driver from Hello Krakow was a misery, first interaction was ‘you can’t take these on’ referring to us both holding empty coffee cups and looking for a bin before getting in his people carrier.

The two other couples and one other lady were good to get to know and we enjoyed their company.

The Salt Mine tour is an interesting experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. There are a lot of steps, mostly down but even so it took its toll on our 67 year old legs. Nevertheless, it’s worth a visit.

Auschwitz and Birkenau, are everything you expect and more. We were taken back to the rendezvous point by Miserable Gregg, to be picked up by a coach that took us the 90 minute journey to Auschwitz.

Again the guide was very knowledgeable at both locations. We had headphones to listen to his commentary but not at Birkenau, not sure why!

Very moving experience in both museums and respect paid by visitors and guides when witnessing the exhibits. We were really impressed that the curators of the museums didn’t feel it necessary to display photos of the dead bodies, as so often exhibited suitcases, spectacles and most powerfully the amount of human hair taken from the prisoners.

Very moving experiences, not for the faint hearted but a must to understand ‘man’s inhumanity man’.

Booked a Golf Buggy Tour in Krakow for the Ghetto and Jewish Quarter duration 1.5hrs. Fantastic communication via Wattsapp and Google pin drops to help us find pick up location. Great day with a friendly guide ( Thomas I think 🤔) which helped make the afternoon very enjoyable for my daughter and myself, highly recommend hellocracow.com, Graham and Toni 👍

Booked a Auschwitz trip for 11.15am which was confirmed by email. They then send a load of general information via WhatsApp which mentions the pick up time has changed. No communication via email that the time had been brought forward to 5.30am!! Don’t trust this lot, they amend your booked time just to group bookings together.
