Very impressed with Mille's support going through various factors to amend our Wills along with good communication with Abbie Culey in getting the Wills ready for us to sign and then posting copies to myself and Philip Jarrett. Initial meeting was 28th April 2025 with completion week of 4th August 2025

I rate this company highly for the professionalism, courtesy,cautions and advice while making a difficult decision in making my Will . The staff are well qualified, and trained to del with a wide variety of personal issues which include legality, integrity and respect for the wishes of the individual making the will.

This company ripped our family apart - as they allowed our dear mums Will to be changed by her partner whilst she was in the depths of Alzheimer’s- a year on & we still can’t lay her to rest due to ongoing issues & now a police investigation. Awful company who refuse to admit wrong doing.
Get a solicitor for a Will not this terrible company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

These people claim to be caring, and dependable when it comes to the terminally ill. The truth is, they could not care less, as long as you pay. I have put today's date in, as our family is still is still reeling from this companies complete lack of morals. They have offered no apology or help to undo any of the damage caused. They happily came to my terminally ill mothers house (a year after being diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's), and allowed her disgusting partner to change her will and leave himself almost everything. No golden rule, no Doctors notes consulted, nothing but dollar signs in their eyes, and total disregard for the immense pain and suffering caused. My Mother's ashes are still sitting on a shelf, a year after her death. Thank you very much to such a caring firm.

Just rang heritage a close friend has will with them and very poorly in hospital needs to change a few things in will . Will not do hospital or home visits needs to come in or a video call ha ha .DIsgusting do not use

Despicable! My late mother in law has been taken advantage of by not only her partner but by this company. You allowed someone with the advanced stages of Dementia to change their will! Your website says you support Dementia friendly Norwich. Absolutely disgusting as she didn’t even know who anyone was, let alone capable of knowing and understanding what a will was. All this was done with your knowledge and the say so of her partner!!
Haven’t followed procedures where joint will executors are involved .

Unprofessional and rude. Scaremongering my wife into seeking legal advice in order to retrieve legal documents, that she is already legally entitled to.

Disgusting. The are slow and do not communicate with you! It took us 13 months after my grandfather passed to finalise the situation of the will. My family was not treated with respect. My poor grandmother who also is with heritage wills was treated horrible after loosing my grandpa. They even delayed the process by not sending the emails once they was written. They where rude to the solicitors on my grandmother's side. And utterly useless. Safe to say my grandmother and none of my family will ever be using heritage wills again! Disappointed in the disgusting way they treated us all clearly only in iylt for the money

Avoid!!! Whoever said that they are sharks is correct! When I initially made contact it was for a codicil. I specified that I only needed to change the executor of my current will. I also informed them that I was autistic and that I didn't use the phone. All of this information was ignored and I was upsold a full will and scare tactics were used to try to get me to pay over £700 for an LPA. An LPA can be purchased pn the government website for £82, or at a reduced fee or even free if you are in receipt of certain benefits.
I was also asked lots of personal questions that were irrelevant to the changing of the executor. They also tried to sell me a yearly subscription under the guise that it would save me money.
I brought my will in and this should have immediately been looked at but wasn't. They also omitted an important piece of information for a ludicrous reason.
If had agreed to everything he was trying to sell, I would have walked out of that place almost a grand lighter.
I have now secured a FREE LPA and a FREE CODICIL.
These people only care about one thing; money.
They should be ashamed of themselves.

Rob was very professional, came and chatted in our home at a time which suited us.
All done very quickly
