I rented a small SUV (big enough for 5 people). At pick up I was upgraded to a larger SUV (with a third row). The counter team at Bangor was great. It's a small airport so service is always friendly... もっと見る

The sweetest customer service Rep.
The lady associate I got the car from was WONDERFUL! I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful and even told me places that I needed to visit while in Maine. Great experience with her.

Bangor car rental very easy
Car was ready when I arrived. Check-in was easy, car was right outside. Return was also easy. I parked, took the keys inside, return complete, receipt received via email before I got to my gate.

Checkin and checkout was great as was…
Checkin and checkout was great as was the customer service lady. Car was good although precleaning could use some attention to detail.

Customer service is run by bots and AI
I rented a small SUV (big enough for 5 people). At pick up I was upgraded to a larger SUV (with a third row). The counter team at Bangor was great. It's a small airport so service is always friendly and quick.
I needed to extend the rental and it was impossible to reach a human using the app or call in number. I finally posted a note on X/Twitter and got a what I needed. It's really frustrating to have to essentially shame a company online to get what you need.

I’m not giving 5 stars because the car was not completely clean on the interior and the brakes seemed to be in need of an inspection.

Great customer service at Bangor Airport. I was able to change my car and be on my way in minutes.
