Hello? Can anyone help?
The car we were upgraded to, a Volvo XC90, had malfunctioning air conditioning and the driver's seat would occasionally shift while driving. Whenever we tried to reach Hertz about the issue, no one picked up... or, if they did, they stated they had no inventory and we had to drive clear back to the airport in Detroit, not Flint (we were three hours away in northern MI), to get a different rental. Note: there were a minimum of three Hertz rentals within a 20 - 40 minute drive of our stay. Not sure if we'll use Hertz again when we travel.
