Hertz - Milwaukee - Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) レビュー 

Flight was delayed getting into Milwaukee. Noticed the location closed at 10 pm, but they would monitor flights and stay open up to two hours beyond that for confirmed reservations. Tried calling the location six times from mid-morning to early evening to confirm. Nobody ever answered the phone. Arrived at location at 10:45 pm. Vehicle wasn’t ready. Found an attendant to try to get an answer. He handed me a key fob and pointed to a vehicle and stated I had four minutes to be out the gate. We’re closed! Not the vehicle I reserved, but it sufficed under the circumstances. Pathetic communication and customer service.

I arrived at MKE and my name was not on the Gold board. I went to the the counter where to agent was very helpful. She told me my account was “expired”. She quickly was able to give me my car and I was on my way. That was fine. But I was very surprised that I was not notified by email by text or by an alert on my app that my account had expired. I had updated information on the app so I don’t know what the problem was. The agent told me that if I update online, it doesn’t register. And she was also unable to update my account. Needless to say this is a complete pain in the ass.

I’m mostly like the idea you have a choice of cars to pick from
Your staff members are polite and greatly helpful not knowing where to go. They actually walk you to the specific area.

Easy in and out no problems

Low on cars in Presidents Circle but rep personally went to car wash area and found a car to meet my spec.

No one there to help. There were no cars in my section. Had to go out of my way to return to the check in desk. Car we got was FILTHY. I am a member of the presidents circle and have traveled a lot. Milwaukee is the worst I’ve ever seen. I have complained about this several times and get no response from anyone at Hertz

Good overall service and customer care.

Check-Out and Check-In was quick and easy. The only reason I do not give a 5 start rating is because I requested a Chevy Trax but when I arrived the board indicated to chose a vehicle in the President Circle and the only SUV type vehicle left was a KIA...and I hate those.

First of all, when booking it was terrible! Website kept freezing, I was trying to use my free birthday rental (it never worked) so I ended up calling someone who just keep pressuring me into getting the biggest car (and still couldn't figure out my birthday rental).
Whatever, then we arrived and I paid for a specific car or car similar. The desk told me to go to the lot and pick whatever I wanted. That would be great, if there would have been a car! Nope, just a line of people and no attendant to be found. The next two vehicles that came up were small cars and I paid extra for a SUV. So then I had to GO BACK to the service desk where the lady had an attitude about sending up a different car for me....just a horrible experience all together.

Jo waited on us and made our experience awesome and flawless. She was very nice. Would love to work with her again.

Milwaukee Airport staff was helpful as we had flown in early.

Hertz would not let me change airport drop off from MKE to ORD after my flight was changed. I had to drive the car back to MKE to return THEN rent another (from Avis!) to get to ORD. Bad experience and I am a long time Presidents Circle member.

From booking from the app. The reminders before and throughout the trip, and returning cannot be more easier.
