Ordered a large order through NOTHS for our wedding over 3 weeks ago. Ordered dispatched but nothing arrived- contacted company who said it was lost! Sent again (apparently) should have arrived 7 days ago. Such a lot of money and still nothing. Really stressful on top of planning a wedding! Really wish we had seen the reviews before ordering.

Afrer a fair bit of chasing this has finally arrived - really nice but please dont advertise for a delivery time that isn’t possible, I think customers would be happy to wait if they knew it was going to a few weeks or more!

Love their cocktails and hoping they’ll expand their range.
Only criticism is lengthy delivery times and not very quick to respond to emails or messages

Me too! Wish I had read the reviews. I ordered through not on the High Street, and said dispatch straight away and then didn’t hear anything for three weeks. After messaging through an OTHS, they got in contact apologised and then did absolutely nothing about it. Still haven’t had my money back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered from NOTHS and requested delivery as was for a gift. Checked on this when it had not come to be told it was being dispatched that day to arrive next and then nothing and no comms the last couple of days even to say it is not coming. I know this is a small business but it's unprofessional. I am now stuck but if they told me three days ago it wasn't coming I would have had time to fix the situation. Now I don't.

Ordered through Not On The High Street. The order was accepted and then heard nothing. Order was not dispatched. Waited two weeks before requesting a refund from NOTHS. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering, would recommend avoiding.

I ordered a birthday present which did not arrrive and the only contact I got was that it’s a small team and nothing since. I had to go somewhere else.
I also tried calling but no reply. Terrible service and they took payment for goods that I did not receive.

I ordered for Mother’s Day, it never arrived, I complained and they said it was lost and they’d sent out another but weeks later still nothing. I’ve emailed a further twice requesting a refund and heard nothing back. Absolute scam do not order from here

Edit: although I don’t think I would have received my order unless I had posted my original review, the subscription box I had delivered was great and well worth the money. The products are high quality and tasty but I hope I can trust that my monthly subscription box will be delivered without having to chase it every time.

Bought as a present, recipient was delighted.

Honestly horrendous service- my product arrived 2 weeks later with no communication. I later received communication about a refund that I was offered if I changed my trust pilot review. After having changed my review reflecting the response I have now been ignored. No refund, no help and shoddy product. Stay WELL CLEAR!

All I want is my outstanding order which was supposed to be a Christmas present. I was giving a small business the benefit of the doubt but I’m just furious by the sub standard customer service at this point.

Update 15.1- product received

I placed an order on 8th December, for 3-5 delivery. I understand it is Christmas time and deliveries may take longer. I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed on 14th December, and was informed that there was a delay due to a warehouse issue, however orders would be sent out Monday 16th December for delivery on Wednesday 18th.

On Wednesday 17th December, I still had no confirmation of dispatch so I emailed again, however I had no response. On Wednesday 18th December I received a dispatch email.

Today, 23rd December, I received my parcel. There was NO fragile sticker / tape on the parcel, and upon opening my parcel, there was liquid EVERYWHERE. One of the bottles had smashed and one had cracked, resulting in the drinks and glass being everywhere.

I have emailed multiple times, including pictures of the state I received my order, again giving longer wait times for a reply due to the Christmas period but it is clear that they’re just ignoring my complaint email, requesting a refund.

I ordered a Christmas gift from Hunter and Grey (via Not on the High Street) on 1st December. A month on, it’s still not arrived and they’ve stopped replying to me. In the middle of December, they said they’d had a warehouse issue and it would be sent the next day but it clearly never was. They still have my money and I don’t have the product I paid for (which was meant to be a Christmas present for my partner) Always keen to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt but seems to be a clear pattern with this company. Avoid ordering from them if you can!

Absolutely avoid at all cost been waiting for a refund because my order never arrived since November, they never contact you I’m always emailing and getting fobbed off with lies!! Refund didn’t go through with PayPal and they said they would put in my bank account but still nothing!!! Will take this further

Please please avoid. I normally do not leave reviews but feel the need to, in order to warn others due to the stress and anxiety dealing with H&G cocktails has created. I own a small business and placed an order for over 150 drinks towards the end of November. I was promised a customised label (which I would get to see beforehand) and drinks delivered in the week of 9th December. In early December, I asked for an update on the label. I got told that it was coming but never received it. It came to the week of 9 December and I still hadn't seen a label so knew something was wrong and delivery wouldn't be made as promised. I chased and chased and finally got to see the label. There were some very minor tweaks to be made which would take no time at all. I never got the revised label and was then told that production would be pushed back with zero explanation. The delivery being made during the week promised was really important to us and there was ample time for them to deliver on it. There was zero communication about why there was a delay and if I hadn't constantly chased, I truly don't think i would've heard anything. We were then forced to get a back up supplier last minute in the lead up to Christmas which has been very stressful. I asked for a refund because they couldn't deliver on what they promised and to this day I'm still waiting for a refund. It's completely unacceptable and not how you run a business. I wished we had read the other Trustpilot reviews before engaging with them but here we are. I understand as a small business there can be delays but zero updates and explanations is not ok when you're taking people's money. And if you haven't delivered on the goods someone has paid you for then a refund should be the first priority in sorting that out. AVOID!

UPDATE: As of 7th January 2025, I still haven't gotten my money back of £330. I was told that the accounts lady would sort it out and it would clear by Friday 20 December. It didn't clear but I gave it the weekend. I emailed on 23 December when it still didn't show up. Got a response saying if it's not showing in the morning that they would manually transfer me the money. Money didn't show up in the morning, I emailed asking for it to be manually done as they had promised and never heard back. Have since sent two follow up emails and no response.

UPDATE: as of 20th January 2025, over an entire month since I requested a refund - I still haven't received my money. Think that tells you all you need to know.

It never arrived so I’ve no idea how good it is

Order took a long time to arrive and even though it was packaged really well the actual bottle wasn't well presented. The label on the front was crinkled and coming off on the corner which was disappointing as I brought it as a gift for someone.
