Next day delivery, week later still not arrived, missed 18th birthday gift, so disappointed

I have not received my orders and have had no response to an email asking to cancel subscription.

HAD 4 PREVIOUS DELIVERIES - ALWAYS GOOD COCKTAILS DELIVERED EASILY

I ordered your monthly gift for my daughter in law. The first one came just before Christmas. Even though you informed that the next delivery was due which I passed the date on to her when to expect it, it did not arrive. I tried to contact you via phone and email nothing back from you. The next time still did not arrive. Therefore I informed my bank to cancel the Monies, they put back the last amount for me but I lost the January money. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. My daughter in law has a camera system at the door and is aware of any callers or deliveries, there was never any.

Arrived on time. Tasted great. Bespoke label was a lovely touch.

Great product, great taste, product presented really well, good customer service and delivery updates

Took slightly longer than usual to get to me and communication wasn’t the best but I have ordered a few times previously and had no issues

Ordered on 10th Feb, was told 3-4 working days. According to the tracking, FedEx have not even received the parcel yet and it is now over a week since the order was placed. My email to ask where my order is had gone unanswered. Shocking service

Took 2 weeks delivery and when it came was not my cocktails I had selected was the ready made one

Firstly we have used Hunter & Grey previously and find their cocktails to be excellent quality. However when we ordered at Christmas there was a significant delay. But to their credit they responded promptly to a chaser and blamed bottle shortages and staff issues. The cocktails still arrived well before Xmas so all was forgiven.

However when I ordered for a birthday this month, a good couple of weeks before, again no delivery. But this time no response despite two e-mails. I have some sympathy at the moment around supply and labour but not to respond and take money is really poor. Sorry guys but you need to improve

Very poor, ordered a long time before Xmas, money taken but nothing delivered. Despite many emails, there was never any responses. I would keep well clear of them!

No idea what this company does but they are seriously unprofessional and a waste of time. Ordered my drink, got the tracking number and then…… nothing. The courier is saying they have yet to receive it and H&G won’t even reply to emails and telephone messages. Raised a dispute with PayPal and was immediately refunded the money. Think long and hard before ordering from this company.

Website and ordering straightforward. Delivered as stated and on time.

Still haven't received my order from over a week ago and my last email was ignored

Ordered cocktails on 7 th December 2022 for a Christmas present and still waiting for them to arrive emailed several times about this and just got a reply saying due to bottle shortages it would take longer to come ,why didn’t it say this when I ordered I would never order from these again and no way recommend them to anyone ,no customer service at all just eager to take you’re money and receive no cocktails I’m going to take legal action against this company once new year is over why are they still taking orders from people it’s a JOKE AVOID.

One star only as you can’t give none. This company has had my money since 5th December and despite numerous emails and contact from NOTHS nothing has arrived. I had one reply but still no reply and no cocktail. Worst online shopping experience ever.

Same experience as Nicholas Lee. No products forthcoming although they are continuing to take orders on own website and through Not On The High Street (who are aware but have done nothing about it). Companies House filing confirms company was dissolved earlier this week. Phone line (and that of parent company) both down. Stinks

I ordered through Not on the High Street on 7th Dec. I received a FedEx tracking number on the 8th. Then pretty much nothing. The phone number for this company does not exist, they do not reply on social media, and when I did receive an automated reply to my complaint via email they assured me I would receive it the next day - that was 3 days ago and there is no update on the FedEx page.

In addition to this, the automated email cited bottling issues and a bereavement in the team. That's fair enough if true, but do not continue taking people's money (they are still operating online) and guaranteeing Christmas delivery if you know full well it's not going to happen. If there genuinely are issues, then an email to all pending orders to explain would have been fine. We should not have to chase it up ourselves.

This is either a scam or they have shameful customer service. They should be pulled from NOTHS.

3 weeks later and my order still isn't dispatched. Charged 10 pounds for delivery as it was going to Northern Ireland. Tried contacts H&G through online chat and email with no response. Payment gone but no order received or any idea when it is or if it is going to arrive.
