Hidden Hearing - Broadstairs レビュー 

This was my second visit to Rachel for earwax removal, the first time, I was so ebuillient at the process that I completely forgot to. Each year I become more or less deaf due to wax build up, and for the now 10ish years I've been visiting a professional for removal, Rachel is the best practitioner I've been with.

Calm, friendly, and knowledgeable, they talk through the process each time so that nothing comes as a shock during treatment. Until of course the moment when that final persistent plug of 'matter' is drawn away from the drum and suddenly the world is very much louder again.

I can recommend Rachel Smith thoroughly, and it is thanks to her skill and patience that not only can I hear the twittering of far off birdsong again, but the world in general feels brighter. Even on the walk back to my car, I feel less in-my-head, less isolated from the world around me, and less liable to blurt out a social faux pas from mishearing friends, family, colleagues or even enemies!

I look forward to being able to hear whole conversations again, not relying on my lacklustre lip reading in social settings, and to finally turn the subtitles off of the Tele.

Everyone was very polite, kind and respectful.
The procedure was explained carefully and was very successful.

My husband and I had our first hearing test today at Hidden Hearing in Broadstairs. The receptionist was friendly and made us feel welcome. Sharon the hearing aid dispenser was very good and explained our condition clearly for us to understand. Will definitely recommend Hidden Hearing!

The practitioner Rachel Smith was excellent, very knowledgeable and experienced in her field. She explained everything to put my mind at ease!

Over the past couple of years I have had NHS hearing tests in the community and at the hospital and have been dispensed hearing aids by them that have made no difference. My hearing fluctuates, but no-one before has acknowledged this when I have told them - until today. I saw Sharon, the Audiologist, and I felt that I was listened to for the very first time. She understood what I was saying and she explained why this was happening and recommended my next steps. I really cannot thank her enough. She was a breath of fresh air and I feel positive going forwards.

I had an earwax removal appointment with Rachel and it was really positive! Rachel took the time to explain all the details of why earwax becomes impacted and how the removal would feel and sound. Rachel was attentive and took her time, allowing enough time to ask questions and talking me through the photographs! Great experience and well worth the price.

I can not recommend this place enough ! First time I have had to have ear wax removal as was really clogged up and WOW! I was quite nervous and it was explained really well what was going to happen by the lady Rachel who really gave me a sense of calm . She was honestly so kind and helpful . The procedure was very quick , painless and a complete success in removing all the wax and even offered aftercare as part of this really cheap package . Brilliant and I can hear again !

There is a lovely, friendly and welcoming atmosphere when you go in to Hidden Hearing in Broadstairs. You are made to feel comfortable.

Friendly and professional from the initial phone call to make an appointment and subsequent consultation. Sharon put me at ease and explained everything extremely well.

I was looked after first by the receptionist who kindly made me a cup of tea.
I then went in to see Rachel, the Ear Care practitioner.

Rachel was kind, attentive and professional.

She explained the procedure very well and showed me my wax blockages on the screen.

Using the suction device with care, she worked on both my ears. The right one was relatively easy to extract but the left one did cause some issues. Rachel persevered and, eventually, this was removed as well.

I received excellent care from the staff there and would highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Broadstairs.

Booked me in, same day, within hours of calling them.
Went to the Broadstairs branch where Rachel took care of me. She was AMAZING! She explained everything perfectly so that I knew what was going on, had a lovely chat whilst carrying out a wax unblock and did a brilliant job of clearing my ears, from which I can now hear perfectly.
For any similar needs I will be returning here without any doubt.

Following a detailed hearing test an in depth discussion about my hearing loss helped me understand why I was having problems and the steps I could take to improve my condition. No hard sell.

My experience with Hidden Hearing Broadstairs was totally faultless. Sandra on reception was extremely polite and dealt with my initial enquiry promptly and efficiently and offered me an appointment within 48 hours , she fully explained how the appointment would proceed . My appointment with Audiologist Sharon was extremely thorough , following a hearing test she was able to fully explain the problems with my hearing and give her expert advice on the types of hearing aids available to me and I was able to try some hearing aids there and then which was extremely helpful . In conclusion I would 100% recommend Hidden Hearing Broadstairs the whole process was completely seamless from the initial call to receiving my new hearing aids .
