I never find wax removal something to look forward to, but Terri’s approach was excellent. It could not be faulted

I was at ease as I walked in to reception and was offered tea or coffee. Rutchi, the practioner, was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. She was with me for over an hour finding all about me. I have taken a trial of hearing aids and I’m looking forward to a follow up consultation shortly.

Terry was excellent as usual for my annual ear wax removal.
She is both professional and personable. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Reception was not all that welcoming - efficient but that was it. Once Kia welcomed me for the consultation it was top rate - friendly, informative, sympathetic and thoughtful. Being able to zoom straight next door for Terry to remove the wax from my ears and conduct an initial hearing test was brilliant.

Can’t recommend Hidden Hearing enough. Took my Nan and Grandad to the Chester branch to have ear wax removed. They put them at ease instantly, took time to explain everything clearly and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Thanks for everything.

I had a problem with interpreting the sound I was hearing into the conservation. Discovered I had wax in my ears which is going to be resolved in the next 2 weeks. Excellent service was given to me by Kia at the location in Chester.
