Staff excellent, very considerate, hearing improve particularly in noisy environments.

Staff helpful especially Andy technician was very helpful and friendly in explaining the procedure before and during treatment....
Any issues I had was answered and put at ease...

It was a good experience because they were helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.

Fantastic service from the initial phone call to the hearing test at the end. Easy, quick, efficient and great results. Saw before and after photos also given a hearing test at the end. All steps explained by Andy who immediately puts you at ease. Worth every penny.

Andy was amazing with my adult daughter who has Down’s Syndrome. She needed wax removed and he explained everything before he started. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and understanding of her needs.

Very friendly staff. Audiologist explained the purpose of each step of my hearing test and of the results. Gave me advice on keeping wax from building up in my ears and on use of my hearing aids.

I visited the Falkirk branch where Fraser a new employee was very nice and patient during my hearing examination. Having been put off by previous staff in the Falkirk branch I am very glad of the new staff as it is the most local to me.

My appointment was 10-45 did not get seen till 11am, came out at 12-15, alltogether this took 90mins. ask to use toilet, told is was up 3 flights stairs, was told there was toilet in cafe next door. ask if i wanted to upgrade my hearing aid I told him no, discuss it with me gave me price £5,900 pounds. told me i could pay monthly for 1 year this would have been about £500 per month. overall to long for hearing test.

First time at Hidden Hearing for micro suction ear wax removal, but not first time for the procedure by any means.
Convenient, central location for me. Warm welcome, comfortable & clean surroundings.
Ear wax removed skillfully & professionally by Andrew with full explanations along the way. Procedure was completely successful & had free hearing test at end.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing Falkirk for ear wax removal.
I will not hesitate to make another appointment with them when wax, inevitably, builds-up again.

The clinician explained the process including the risks to me beforehand. The process was very straightforward and simple. No issues whatsoever and my hearing is great.

Andy was a lovely man and made me feel at ease as I had not had wax removed before. The experience was not unpleasant and he explained everything that he was going to do. Hearing has been a lot clearer since being at Hidden Hearing.
