A pleasant, pain free experience. Everything was explained clearly and in plain english. Chloe was a breath of fresh air and so was the lady in reception (so sorry) who's name I've forgotten. Nothing was too much trouble, refreshments were offered while my wife and I waited. Everywhere we could see was clean and bright and most of all welcoming. Ear wax removed pain free and shown before and after photographs throughout the process. Many thanks.

A very lovely welcome, a drink was offered and my coat was taken. I mentionedcthat i was waiting for my daughter to arrive and this was fine.
Once in the room, I had everything explained to me in detail. We started the testing. My daughter arrived and she was welcomed- it wasn't a problem that she had arrived later than I had- a lovely test, no stress and no pressure.

Booked in for a hearing test on Tuesday, was seen in clinic by aminah on Thursday and now sat at home with hearing in both ears finally now thanks to my new hearing aid!

Jennifer (Beever) was very professional about discussing both the technical aspects of Hearing Aids and at identifying my needs. She was client focussed at all times, showing warmth and understanding.

I recently visited Hidden Hearing in Halifax, and the service was second to none. From making the appointment with Tracey to the thorough test and the fitting of my hearing aids by Amina, every step was handled with professionalism, patience, and clear explanations. The devices are working brilliantly, and the aftercare has been excellent. Highly recommended.

I haven't actually been to the clinic but felt the need to write a review with the amazing customer service I've received from Tracy the receptionist.
I called to book for an ear wax removal and required this ASAP as suffering from severe vertigo and Dr's are blaming the wax. Anyway, Tracy tried to fit me in ASAP and offered me an appointment. I had to check with my health insurance whether I was covered or not, so said I would callback. During this time, Tracy called me back as the appt she offered me had now been booked. She then advised the next available appointment wasn't for a couple of weeks.

I said I would call around and get back if I need too.

Today, bless Tracy she called me to see if I'd got sorted as another couple of cancellations came up for next week.I found this so sweet, caring and thoughtful as she didn't need to.

Luckily, I had found an appt and was just returning from there but either way, Tracy went above and beyond with her customer service skills and I want to make sure, she gets the recognition she so deserves.

Following a "botched" microsuction a number of years ago, I was reluctant try again. My nhs audiologist recommended Hidden Hearing for a more personalised experience. He specifically said "don't go to well named, high street stores"
Hidden Hearing Halifax was an absolute dream from the minute I walked in the door & explained my concern to Tracey. She talked me through the procedure & gave my audiologist the head's up.
Everything was clearly explained beforehand. My appointment lasted about 35mins, but most was talking and importantly listening to me. The actual procedure was quick, painfree & such a relief, making a difference to how my hearing aids felt and worked immediately.
Lots have mentioned professionalism, knowledge, kindness and care.

Had an appointment at the Halifax branch. Very friendly staff & shop is welcoming, clean and well presented.
Had a free hearing test which lasted around 15-20 mins. Audiologist professional and friendly.

I visited Hidden Hearing to gauge how my hearing has changed, after all I hit the big 50 this year. The staff were very professional and explained everything. Quick and easy, whilst giving peace of mind. If only they could do something about the tinnitus then I would be ecstatic.

I booked an ear wax removal due to a clicking noise in my ear, thinking it was due to wax build up. I am suffering from motor Neurone Disease so every day something new. I explained this to the lady who went through the questions, charged me £50 THEN looked in my ear and told me there was no wax. I appreciate that she spent 2 mins looking but other than that and a FREE hearing test I got nothing for £50. Maybe payment should be taken on assessing the need for the treatment, not before.

Professional service. Made to feel really welcome on arrival. I had ear wax removed. The lady put me at ease and explained the painless procedure. Fantastic result by the way. Two days later returned for a hearing test, again great service. Wholly recommend to use this service. The lady on reception makes an outstanding coffee. (both visits). Again 5 star.

They fit me in for an appointment as I needed to get sorted before my holiday. The receptionist was very conscientious. She was also really courteous friendly and helpful.
The practitioner explained the procedure well and set my expectation. The procedure was straightforward and effective. She was polite and friendly. Overall excellent service and treatment at the going rate.
