Audika - Halifax レビュー

I received a warm welcome upon arrival, and was offered refreshments. Comfortable, calm waiting room. Exceptionally clean. Lovely staff, would definitely recommend. Superb customer service.

Not finished my treatment yet have to have my ears shiringed then have my ear test and see if i have to go to see doctors after that for stumbleing

Zan audiologist at Westgate Audika Halifax was efficient, friendly and courteous. My husband and I were seen together, unfortunately I had to remake my appointment because I need my right ear that's quite clogged with wax cleared first.
So my visit was short and sweet, and my husband's visit was brief too because he has no problems hearing.

Very hepful

Met with smile and coffee and then professional efficiency

Good service as always

A very thorough and professional appointment including useful advice

Professional efficient informed friendly service put at ease straight away

Nice clean shop and a very warm welcome

Reception, attention to detail in the test and dealt with in a pleasant manner.

Always get a very friendly greeting when you arrive for an appointment, Tracey always ask if you would like a drink. Whether we are coming for hearing check or wax removal you are made welcome and everything is explained in understandable words.

Excellent service and very friendly staff can highly recommend the Halifax branch.

All staff from reception to the audiologist are friendly & efficient. They all put you at ease & the audiologist fully explained what she was doing throughout. I would recommend the Halifax branch to anyone

From meeting the young lady in reception to going to the audiologist I was met with friendly faces and a warm welcome. In this day and age that means a lot to a potential customer.Big thankyou to both people who looked after me.

Very professional, explained all options, considerate of mums age without being patronising, no pressure to purchase or make follow up appointment, receptive to mum wanting to go away and consider the options as discussed and return in her own time.
