I was reassured when I came in. Everything was explained well to me and the staff member was professional and competent.

Very pleased with my home visit, far better than another company I have used in the past.

Darren was very approachable and interesting. As a retired Teacher of Deaf Children I enjoyed hearing about some new innovations since I retired. It was good that I was able to be tested in Abergavenny. I am mildly disappointed I haven't yet received a copy of the audiogram or the letter for my GP but I know the post is pretty bad around here and expect that is why.

Personal attention, clearly explaining

It was great, she was lovely making sure I was ok and talking me through what's happening. She was fabulous. Highly recommend her, wasn't nervous about it or anxious or anything. Great service, lovely, friendly very professional, perfect can't say anything bad

David Shepherd is a brilliant audiologist. He listens to what you need and has incredible knowledge of hearing he always solves any questions you have.
