Audika - Hereford レビュー

The Hidden Hearing officer was very supportive and professional. He gave time to go through a number of tests and to explain the outcome and what action I should take.

The test was conducted in the customary highly professional manner and constructive advice was offered following the outcome of the test.

It was a good experience . Front desk staff was friendly and one who did the test was so nice explained everything to me.

I was reassured when I came in. Everything was explained well to me and the staff member was professional and competent.

Very pleased with my home visit, far better than another company I have used in the past.

Darren was very approachable and interesting. As a retired Teacher of Deaf Children I enjoyed hearing about some new innovations since I retired. It was good that I was able to be tested in Abergavenny. I am mildly disappointed I haven't yet received a copy of the audiogram or the letter for my GP but I know the post is pretty bad around here and expect that is why.

Personal attention, clearly explaining

It was great, she was lovely making sure I was ok and talking me through what's happening. She was fabulous. Highly recommend her, wasn't nervous about it or anxious or anything. Great service, lovely, friendly very professional, perfect can't say anything bad

An excellent service, friendly and efficient staff. Made to feel at ease and welcome. Everything was explained in a way that was easily understood. Highly recommended

Had an appointment at hidden hearing in Hereford today. Before I had the procedure of wax removal, I was given a fully comprehensive instruction on the procedure that was going to be done. Quick and painless 👍 I highly recommend trying out Hereford hidden hearing.

The hearing care expert ,Nicola, who carried out my hearing test did so in a thorough and professional manner.I would therefore thoroughly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who is considering choosing hearing aids.
