Very thorough and state of the art equipment.
I had been wearing hearing aids for about 6 or 7 years, and found they increased the sound of everything. That was the problem, the surrounding sound overwhelmed the sound of what I was wanting to hear. As a consequence I seldom wore them. Only one day on, these hearing aids seem to enable me to hear just what I want to hear.
The phone app, and instructions are very thorough, and I have every confidence that with use the benefits will increase.

Any problems are discussed and explained, always feel good and relaxed when we leave.

I came for my hearing test, which was completely free. I was a bit worried about my hearing because I had been suffering from a nose blockage for a while and thought it might have an impact.

Dr. Faye is an amazing person—really friendly and kind. She checked everything, conducted the hearing test, and gave me feedback, reassuring me that everything was normal. She also explained the effects of stress and work-life balance, highlighting how they can negatively impact daily routines.

She showed me images of both my ears, explained my test results thoroughly, and provided really good advice. I highly recommend Hidden Hearing for any ear-related issues, and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Faye’s care.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Comprehensive hearing test with explanation along the way so that you are carried along. Will certainly recommend to anyone who needs a hearing test.

It is always a pleasure to attend my appointments because Fay is always keen to make sure I understand my hearing test and plan for the future.

Rahila is a first class professional, and I say that with a voice of experience, as I have been seeing audiologists, because of my deafness, over the last 60 years, (from when I was an infant) Rahila utilises her knowledge to the utmost in administering and adapting to my needs of different levels of hearing and different audio balance in both ears. I must be one of the most awkward clients anyone could wish to have. Yet she always extends that courteous and supportiveness with utmost professionalism. Thank you so much for your service, you are an asset and a credit to your firm.

No knowledge of appointment when patient arrived!
My partner made appointment by phone. It was confirmed by email ( I have a copy).Date of appointment was 24/5/2024, location Long Eaton, Nottingham.
Two days prior to appointment my partner received a call either telling him they wanted to confirm ( or book?) appointment. It was same time and date as email said.He asked for text confirmation, which he also received.
When he arrived, ( right time/ day/ location as email )the receptionist had no record of his appointment.

I well impressed with their they gave me advice without wanting money first
