Hidden hearing people are very helpful and give you a lot of time.

Always well looked after. persuade to change my devices this time. As the terms were agreeable I went ahead with the deal.

Transformed my hearing. Much better than NHS aids

I had my ear wax removed by Nadiyah Begum at the Frier Lane branch. What an amazing person she is. I found her to be a very caring and good at her job. She kept me informed throughout the whole procedure which was very reassuring. Not only did she manage to remove all the wax she downloaded the app for my NHS hearing aids which I didn’t know was available to me. Thank you Nadiyah for making an old man very happy.

Repair to loss of sound in one earpiece was satisfactory but relying on just one for a fortnight was slightly discomforting. It was a relief to get back to the pair!

I book my test after watching add on social media.I find very helpful and friendly people. They really want to help me 1st before business. I never know about my hearing problems. They make comfortable and make me aware about hearing problems how I can solve this problem and live a normal life. Thank you hidden hearing team.

The service is welcoming, friendly and professional but beware, do look at other providers. I was sold expensive hearing aids, with no consultation as to whether different options could be considered. These particular aids couldn't connect with my smart phone without the use of a separate dongle which would have been inserted into the same usbc connection point as the charger, meaning it would be in and out and easy to lose. The same would apply to my laptop. As I run a business and am regularly on the phone or having video meetings, this was totally unsatisfactory. I raised the concern, they could offer no alternative. I went to another well known provider and now have aids which do exactly what I need them to do, for significantly less cost, and still with the same level of service. I was able to return the aids to Hidden Hearing within the 60 day trial period.

Very thorough and state of the art equipment.
I had been wearing hearing aids for about 6 or 7 years, and found they increased the sound of everything. That was the problem, the surrounding sound overwhelmed the sound of what I was wanting to hear. As a consequence I seldom wore them. Only one day on, these hearing aids seem to enable me to hear just what I want to hear.
The phone app, and instructions are very thorough, and I have every confidence that with use the benefits will increase.

I came for my hearing test, which was completely free. I was a bit worried about my hearing because I had been suffering from a nose blockage for a while and thought it might have an impact.

Dr. Faye is an amazing person—really friendly and kind. She checked everything, conducted the hearing test, and gave me feedback, reassuring me that everything was normal. She also explained the effects of stress and work-life balance, highlighting how they can negatively impact daily routines.

She showed me images of both my ears, explained my test results thoroughly, and provided really good advice. I highly recommend Hidden Hearing for any ear-related issues, and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Faye’s care.
