Ayesha was very helpful and knowledgeable, explained everything so I knew what was going on.

Ayesha has taken much time and expertise to diagnose me and provide me with the type of hearing aids which don't impinge on the arms of my spectacles. My lack of hearing is severe -my biggest problem is still in large groups of people. I can hear radio (iphone) and TV perfectly through a Connexx box. Excellent! Thank you for keeping me in touch.

The staff are all lovely and really take the time with you to exsplain everything . Lucy is a credit to you she is so lovely every time I come pt care you definitely feel looked after with Lucy . It's so important to have that .

The staff especially the audiologist was good, she answered my questions & explained, what was best for me. She was honest & not pushy. This was my second visit and I feel much wiser.

I had an excellent experience . I was seen on time with a warm welcome from the audiologist Ayesha .she took history and some information . She explained about the test in detail and explained about hearing and its importance . Once the test was over she explained the findings and the need for the hearing aidas well as the types of the hearing aids as well as the difference and the prices in a proper professional way . I was well informed .

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years now, NHS and private. Ayesha Rehman of Hidden Hearing who fitted my latest ones has always been caring and reassuring, happily answering all my questions be they simple or otherwise. I have always felt embarrassed telling people that I wear hearing aids, not any more. Ayesha has made me feel confident with myself and my hearing aids. They are so good I have to ask my Husband to turn the TV down now instead of turning it up louder.

Not happy with the experience I had here.
Quoted £6499 for oticon ITE device and told wax not a problem in right ear that has an 80% loss.
Went to specsavers/NHS test today and was told too much wax in right ear to get valid test and hearing in left was 40% (hidden hearing said 70%)
When I called hidden hearing to cancel was told NHS would be no good and they would reduce price from £6499 to bte price of less than £4000 !!!
Not happy at all.

Lucy was very friendly and helpful but at the same time obviously very knowledgeable about every aspect of your product. She also answered any query with patience and understanding and at no time did I feel rushed or hurried

Everyone is very welcoming and you feel at ease..
The test are quite easy and the results are given with care and fully explained to help you understand them..

Ayesha was very professional and thorough

Amazing customer service starting with the helpful and professional receptionist.
We were at hidden hearing for my husband.
Lucy the audiologist was very sociable, she made my husband and I feel at ease from the start.
She explained every action before commencing.
She did far more intense checking than a previous well known hearing company (who we were not happy with ) hence the move to hidden hearing.
Her mannerism was spot on and we left knowing my husband was in safe hands and nothing was too much trouble .
My husband is going back next week to see how he is getting on with his hearing aids and any tweaks that he may need .
Knowing he can get an appointment to discuss any problems with Lucy instead of via an email is so much better than his previous experience
We felt we were getting a personal service from a caring company .
