I was received in a courteous and friendly manner, everything was ready for my hearing test. This went well and the results were explained to me and I was reassured that my ears were clear of wax.

I meant to press Stockport, not London!!

The audiologist whom encountered, Nicolo Grano, was very good to me. Friendly, patient and fully informative on hearing loss and use of hearing aids. The Organisation of Hidden Hearing behind him were also good, offering ongoing support via email. Thank you.

I saw a different audiologist from last year but she too was very nice and thorough and did not try to sell me any extra products. I was expecting to pay for the appointment and also the wipes she gave me, but both were free. It was altogether a pleasant experience.

Having visited several High Street shops which offer hearing aids as a secondary product, visiting Hidden Hearing, Temple Fortune NW11 was like going from a first-aid station to a doctor's surgery, where the staff are my family members, beginning with Yelda at reception, continuing with Megan's heartfelt attitude & assistance & Nasreen's prolific knowledge of audiology.

After comprehensive tests, Nasreen clearly explained my defects & how my hearing can be improved.
Though I have a military medical background, Nasreen opened up a whole new vista for me. I'm 78 years old & only now realise how much hearing I have lost over the years.

THE PRICE OF HIDDEN HEARING AIDS IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. THE "AFTER-SALES SERVICE" IS MATCHLESS.

FOR EXAMPLE, two days ago with friends, one with free NHS hearing aids was berating me for paying so much for mine, when his were free.

I received disapproving glances, until the fellow with the free aids kept asking those who were speaking with him to either repeat their words or speak louder.
The formerly disapproving glances became understanding smiles.

The lady audiologist was thorough and made us feel very welcome. She inspired confidence and dealt with every question very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and this company to family and friends.

Firstly I was about 5 minutes late for my appointment due to public transport problems.
I called to advise I would be late and this was accepted with good grace.
On arrival I was seen straight away and the whole procedure went smoothly.
