My Grandmother came to Hidden Hearing and the Receptionist Pamela was extremely helpful. She gave my grandmother Coffee and Biscuits and made her feel very welcome. My grandmother was surprised by the knowledge the receptionist had in relation to cleaning and maintenance of the hearing aids also. Pamela kept the door open for my grandmother and advised she calls her if she had any difficulty changing her filters. Real asset to Hidden Hearing - Highly recommend. Thank you so much Pamela for your amazing service!

I dropped in at Hidden Hearing on Finchley Rd a few days back to get my hearing tested. After some probing with a light in my ears, Nasreen, a very pleasant young lady, booked me in for Wax Removal.
I had my wax removal today with Khadisha (Dee), another sweet lady. As promised, Dee removed the wax in my ear so painlessly, chatting cheerfully, making the experience enjoyable.
I am booked in for my hearing test next week. While I wait for my test eagerly, I have no hesitation in recommending Hidden Hearing to anyone wishing to check out their hearing.

Nasreen was very helpful and pleasant . She managed to fix my hearing aid in no time at all and was magic.I am very happy to have found hidden hearing, when I first visited they were only 2 mins down the road from me but now it is in Temple Fortune but I am very happy to make the journey. Always greated with a smile and very helpful.

Have been looked after by Nasreen Valu fantastically well. She has been so caring and helpful. Nothing is too much for her and she is always smiling. What an absolute pleasure.

The hearing test audiologist was very good and seemed experienced however when I was offered aids I was only offered one of the most expensive brands OTICON and the price was circa 40% more than other high street hearing shops are selling them for!!!

This company, as far as I can see, DO NOT advertise their hearing aid prices on their website as most others do!

Be aware that you may pay substantially more by buying from Hidden Hearing than you will for the exact same product elsewhere!

I had a wax removal performed by Khadisha and I have to say provided an exceptional service! She made me feel very relaxed and was very professional, thorough, with clear explanations! She truly is a credit to her self and the company. Thank you Khadisha!

I had a fault on one of my hearing aids, intermittent operation, so rang Pamela at Temple Fortune to see when I could go and get it fixed, and she said anytime that day, so I went out soon after and was greeted by the very affable lady who checked out my aids and gave them a thorough 'servicing', extremely good and friendly service, worth ten stars!

I was having difficulties with one of my Hearing Aids which stopped working while I was en route to London from Stansted. Leaving the coach at Golders Green, I went to the Temple Fortune branch where I explained my predicament to the receptionist, Pamela.
Pamela sorted my problem quickly and efficiently, displaying consideration and expertise. Thank you Pamela for saving the day.

As usual my latest visit left me with the feeling that I am getting the best help for my hearing. My needs are well understood and well explained by the audiologists and the receptionists are always helpful. There has clearly been much progress with hearing aids over the years, but I never feel pressurised into spending more than I can afford.

Pamela wa superb. We came in as the hearing aid wasn’t working. She spent so much time ensuring we were fully satisfied and we certainly were. An exemplary person for us the customer to have had. Thank you
