Representative practitioner (Mr Safwan Malek) was welcoming, well paced, clear/concise with all communication throughout the assessment for my 92 year old mother. Very proficient service.

All the staff here are really good especially Stephanie the hearing specialist 👍

Stephanie, as always, was very welcoming and knowledgeable, explaining every test in depth. Completely putting me at ease. The coffee was very welcome also.

the engineer was very good at his trade, but it took a long time to persuade him that 1 of the plugs was not working all the time, he then said it would have to go back to the manufactures, OK but he did not have an ear plug to borrow. so I am on being lobsided. this must happen many times so why not have spares with him. now with Christmas looming, and I being with out over that time.

Every year I am given a very thorough examination with detailed feedback expertly communicated. My hearing aids are then set up with the most resent settings for another year.

Wonderful customer service from arriving at reception to my test with Stephanie who was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough how thorough the whole appointment experience was. No pushy sales technique either.

My father, who has dementia, received several home visits from Hidden Hearing recently. It was difficult for him to communicate during the testing procedure - a potentially stressful situation, but we'd like to commend Pooja Gupta, for her professionalism, patience and kindness throughout the process

A very calming and welcoming atmosphere,I went for micro-suction ear wax removal, my clinician was Molly she was very professional and explained every process of the procedure I was having clearly, no rushing, I felt in good hands and trusted in her confidence,she carried out the procedure quickly and took into consideration my feelings asking if I was okay and consulting with me along the way, Molly was a star, and clearly enjoys her job,she is an asset to the company, I can’t recommend hidden hearing enough a real hidden gem of a company, I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone in the future.
