Excellent throughout. From appointment booking plus reminders, a warm and friendly welcome in reception, and an informative and helpful appointment, everything makes for a perfect experience.
Most certainly recommended.

Very professionally done. Easy, very kind and lovely professional. Recommend it

I was received with warmth. Everything of the test was explained in details to put me at ease. Every test was done with professional expertise, taking precaution like washing the hands with sanitiser and explaining what the test would be like. It made the experience pleasant and it wasn't difficult to comply easily to follow the instructions.
I returned satisfied.

On time for appointments. Lots of reminders for appointments. Brilliant hearing test by knowledgeable audiologist.

The technician was very thorough and pleasant . She explained the methods and results extremely well. An excellent job.

The audiologist Saf was very pleasant and thorough with examination. Explained everything clearly. Really appreciated the way he conducted the examination.

Steph was excellent.
Completely professional, great knowledge and a really nice person.
Absolutely first rate.

My first hearing test in a very long time and Steph was brilliant. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well. Would highly recommend

I was able understand all the information given to me. No pressure of any kind.

I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.

Excellent. The audiologist, Huda, was very welcoming, thorough and precise, explaining the process, results and options very clearly. I was also impressed that the Receptionist rang before the appointment to check that I knew exactly where the branch was; highly recommended.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Every step of the treatment was explained clearly and concisely and the service was excellent.

As usual, Stephanie (Wolverhampton Branch) was ultra efficient and friendly.
Hopefully she has fixed the problem I had, so far, (apt just two days ago) I think so.

Complementary drinks, service on time, and hearing aids changed without any issue. Hearing aids now perfect!

Great service thank you.

Stephanie is always very helpful and sorts out any problems i am having

I've been going to this branch for many years, have always been dealt with extremely well and have never had a problem.

Friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent appointment all done on time and in full.

A very thorough understanding of my deafness and good advice as to how to live within my hearing limitations; plus a regular monitoring review and continuing interest in my welfare. Also an annual physical inspection of my ears and eardrums.
