Very nice lady who cleared my ear,explained to me what she was going to do,and she was very gentle. Also the receptionist was very lovely too

I recently visited Hidden Hearing for a hearing test and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team were very welcoming and immediately put me at ease. They explained every step of the process clearly, so I always knew what to expect.

The hearing assessment was incredibly thorough, and I never felt rushed. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, and all of my questions were answered. I left feeling well informed and reassured.

I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and thorough hearing test experience. Thank you for such excellent service.

Hidden Hearing was very thorough in my hearing tests. The gentleman was very polite and explained all to me about three different hearing aids.
I would recommend them to friends.

Michelle always helpful with sorting out my wife’s hearing aid problems. She spent nearly an hour with her, really appreciate her time and patience.

New audiologist at Worthing branch introduced herself, had a quick chat about how i'm getting on, then proceeded with my annual hearing test, explained the results, made adjustments to my hearing aids, gave them a jolly good clean (much needed i confess), and reassured me that if i have any concerns to come straight back. If only all audiologists were so good. First class!

Skills and I felt very confidant that she was doing all relevant tests. She explained the results to me. Adjusted aids cleaned my hearing aids and recommended wax removal treatment. I enjoyed my visit.

Having had a terrible experience with a high street optician that will remain nameless but also sells specs, I decided to give HH a go.
I was booked in at the Worthing site, where Ellenor gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever experienced. I returned a couple of weeks later for the fitting, and have just had my first follow up to see how I am getting on.
The whole process has been outstanding, with every question answered clearly and in real detail.
And the hearing aids… honestly, OMG. I have worn hearing aids for about five years from Specsavers, but my new Oticon Zeals are genuinely next level.
I cannot praise them highly enough.
Moral of the story, you wouldn't use a gardener to service your car, so why use an optician to check your hearing?
