Seemingly, their serial numbers do not work, you use Paypal and set up a dispute, and they then ask you to stop the dispute for a refund, this never happens? They take ages to reply, and the customer service is not what it used to be. Not happy at all!

30 Day money back guarantee a con.. Had to recover money through paypal.. Used this VPN years ago and was always impressed but not any more.. Very sad when good companies get too big and loose their way.

I got this few days back. It had 30 day Free trial with money back guarantee. When I got it it asked me to pay the full price for the year. After two days of use I realized that I did not need it. I asked for cancellation. They said ok it will be canceled in a year. There is no way to cancel before the end of the trial period.

No responden a mis tickets.
Directamente me han robado.

Disappointing, not recommend at all.
The service used to be good but now there is only 6 streaming servers. None of them is working with Disney +
Android TV app is not allowing to connect on them as well.
When reporting the issue, custommer care just say you should try & retry. They’re not proposing reimbursment even if the service is not any more what you’ve paid for.

Le vpn en lui même est bon et ça a déjà été démontré.
En revanche, être débité de 71€ à la fin de la période d’essai en ayant bien annulé l’abonnement avant la fin et ayant reçu le mail de confirmation d’annulation c’est moins cool.

Plusieurs mails envoyés depuis et apparement impossible de retrouver la transaction, qui malheureusement pourtant existe bien.

Au départ reponse assez rapide du sav, demande d’info supplémentaire tel que le numéro de transaction, nom prénom date etc et depuis aucune réponse.

Merci de me faire parvenir mon remboursement au plus vite.

Ok, below is my original review. They took care of the problem and I am giving them a break as most businesses are still backlogged due to labor shortage. Their service is usually pretty good.

Am selben Tag der Bestellung habe ich mein Abo gekündigt und den Kauf Dank der 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie storniert.

Seit 3 Wochen schreibe ich Email für E-Mail der Support schließt den Antrag aber gibt keine Antwort.

Ich habe über PayPal Rückzahlung beantragt, darauf hat HMA Support reagiert mir eine E-Mail geschrieben warum ich sowas mache und ganz frech mich an meine 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie erinnert. Ich habe ihm geantwortet und in diesem Schreiben nochmal geschrieben, dass ich die 30 Tage Garantie nutzen möchte. Wäre hätte es gedacht ich bekomme nun wieder keine Antwort.

Nun bleibt mir nur übrig abzuwarten was PayPal entscheidet.

Nie wieder HMA!

Lächerliche Masche. PayPal kann mir nicht weiterhelfen und HMA Support schließt meine Anfragen ohne mir eine Antwort zu geben. Enttäuschend aber hoffentlich bleibt den Verantwortlichen das Essen im Hals stecken wenn er im Restaurant mit meinen Geld essen geht. ✌️

I downloaded their app and then cancelled the subscription within an hour. They have several days of free trial offer and obviously, I was eligible for a full refund as I cancelled within an hour. However, when I contacted them, they refused to refund my money! Such thieves! I then proceeded to file a dispute with PayPal and PayPal being another dacoits sided with the merchant

Hide My Ass used to be better. I've had an issue with 2 overlapping subscriptions after I renewed. However, this wasn't reflected in my desktop app, still says I have 2 weeks to renew. Tried to contact them to sort it out at least five or six times but each time the query was marked as answered although no one contacted me. I get the impression that they will take your money and couldn't be bothered with customer service. Time to check out an alternative VPN service that cares more.

Virker måske fint. Men ikke lige der hvor jeg opholdte mig. Prøver nu at få kontakt med kundeservice uden held i flere dage. Så jeg kan gøre brug af mine 30 dags penge tilbage garanti. Stadig uden held.

suite à un pataquès lors du renouvellement de mon abonnement à HMA, j’ai été facturé deux fois : une fois 65 € pour un renouvellement qui a traîné 4 jours sans aucune réaction concernant ce premier prélèvement. Vu l’absence de réaction j’ai répondu à un message qui me proposait un réabonnement à moitié prix, 65 € au lieu de 116,5 €. En fait HMA m’a fait deux prélèvements : 65 € plus 116,5 €. J’ai envoyé 5 courriels pour demander le remboursement des 116,5 €, à chaque fois accusé de réception automatisé et aucune autre réaction. Moralité, HMA est une arnaque qui vous pompe du fric et sans aucun service commercial. A fuir !!!

Charged me after i cancelled the subscription before the trial ended. And submitted a ticket to support to do so after it was stuck loading when i tried to cancel the subscription myself. This is shady i would stay clear from this one... :(
