I got my money deducted for nothing just last week these people are scammers! They should be tracked and locked down!!! And i need my refund back

I purchased a tablet and money has been debited from my account twice and the problem is I don't know how to track my order and you talk about a membership which I don't understand was my money for membership or I was purchasing a tablet from you

I clicked on their site and managed to sign up to a subscription for £1.69 for a trial. Next thing I know they are taking £32 every 2 weeks from my bank account, and what for.... absolutely nothing. I never agreed to that. Went on their chat to sort it out and got told they couldn't find my account. Wouldn't let them get away with it though, so I kept pushing until they managed to find it. Then they said that they would give me a refund of £32. I refused and said I wanted it all refunded, so I was offered another £32, again I refused, said I wanted all of my money refunded. They eventually agreed and said it would all be refunded in 7-10 days and I would receive a confirmation email. Still waiting, they have a few days left. Watch this space.

I have received a full refund and am extremely happy with the customer service. I thought I was purchasing something for £1.99
They have actually taken £15.10 I'm not happy 😔 I will be stopping the transaction asap 😤 I bet I don't even receive the product

Problema affrontato tempestivamente

C'est une anarque, j'ai voulu acheter un lot pour bébé naissance qui sois disant provenais du super U.
J'ai payé 2€ pour rien avoir par contre 2 jours plus tard je voie quoi 28€ prélever sur mon compte.
Je suis très en colère !!!
De plus il veulent me prélever une autre somme de 48€ pour l'abonnement GOLD que je n'ai jamais demander !!!
Je n'arrive pas à les joindres par téléphone et par mail il mettent 3jours à répondre !!!!!

It would of been okay if I sign up for it but, I never sign up for it. So I was getting billed for something that I had never know about.
But there customer service was and the customer agent are very helpful and take there jobs very seriously (I'm happy that they are on top of there clients queries and very easy to get a hold of them if something goes wrong.
