Today we have the most wonderful man Richard Ryan who came and sorted a wall where previously had a big leak and left a huge water/mould marks, Richard came this morning, did a mould wash, fixed the wall and painted leaving the wall and the damaged caused by the leak looking like new again, he left the area spotless even cleaned the floor where he worked, Amazing work from Richard and I am really happy with the prompt support from Hill response.

Excellent Work and Highly Professional Service
I’m extremely pleased with the work carried out by Raalf Fallaha in my flat.
Raalf did an excellent job repairing a leak in the ceiling, making good the hole that had been created to access and fix the leak, and then repainting the affected area. The finished result was excellent, with everything left looking neat and professionally done.
What impressed me just as much as the quality of his work was his professionalism throughout. Raalf was punctual, respectful and courteous, and took great care while working in my flat. Once the work was completed, he cleaned up extremely thoroughly and left everything tidy.
It was a pleasure dealing with someone so reliable, conscientious and professional. Excellent service from start to finish!

Andy fixed some issues with the sealant in my shower today. He was polite, friendly and efficient in his work. He even fixed some additional sealant and paint issues he found in the shower. Would highly recommend his service!

I had an excellent experience with Raalf Fallaha. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently and to a very high standard.

We are extremely happy with the service…
We are extremely happy with the service we received from Hill during the purchase of our apartment in Hounslow, and especially with the outstanding support from Hoss Edin.
From the beginning, Hoss was incredibly helpful, professional and patient. He explained everything to us very clearly, answered all of our questions and guided us through the process whenever we needed help. His communication and attitude made the whole experience much easier and more enjoyable for both me and my husband.
Hoss is truly a 10/10 employee and a real asset to the company. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, kindness and dedication, and we genuinely appreciated all the help he gave us.
We would highly recommend Hill and especially Hoss Edin to anyone looking to buy a property. Thank you so much for all your help!

It’s been 4 months since we moved in Dagenham Green
It’s been 4 months since we moved in, and we’re still so grateful for this beautiful home. None of this would have been possible without the incredible help and support of Tamana, Diana, and Nasir.
My partner and I started searching for a flat across East London in January 2026. We viewed several beautiful shared-ownership properties, but unfortunately, because we were both working overtime, we exceeded the income threshold and did not qualify. Despite this setback, we decided to try our luck with full ownership instead.
On Valentine’s Day, we had a viewing at Dagenham Green, and to our surprise, it ticked all the boxes we had been looking for. The flat offered plenty of storage, rooms that were almost equal in size, and, most importantly, it was conveniently located near the train station, which was essential for us.
We were assisted by Tamana, who was incredibly approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Her expertise was evident throughout the process, but what stood out to us most was her warm and non-judgmental approach. She made us feel comfortable, listened to what we wanted, and genuinely took the time to understand our needs.
Alongside Diana and Nasir, Tamana gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made such a positive impression on us. It was clear that their team is made up of people who genuinely care about their customers.
After months of searching and experiencing a few disappointments, finding Dagenham Green felt like everything had finally fallen into place. We are incredibly grateful for the support we received and are excited to begin this new chapter.
