I’m genuinely so happy with my property and would like to give a special thank you to Tamanna and Diana for all their support throughout my journey. Tamanna guided me from the very beginning with so much patience and care, and Diana was equally helpful and accommodating when she stepped in. Their communication, guidance and responsiveness made the whole process much easier and more reassuring for me.
The support from the developer’s team and the solicitors was excellent throughout, and I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally everything was handled. Tamanna and Diana are a real credit to the team, and I’m very grateful for everything they did to help me reach this exciting milestone.

Alan Deadman fixed the ceiling stain efficiently and took the time to investigate the possible cause to monitor on in the future. He also reported on the other maintenance issue in the kitchen which was greatly appreciated.

Richard came and worked on my flat and he was amazing. Fast and efficient and also really nice!

Hill deliver a disappointing standard and have no intention of receiving qualified concerns for the safety of their properties. I have windows that cannot possibly be safe and after five months of complaining and asking for modifications to protect lives, Hill are still trying to assure me that my concerns are ill conceived and that they do not need to do anything - although I can have a prison bar fitted if I would like !! On a £1,200,000 flat !! Avoid Hill developments because you will be disappointed - and maybe not even be safe.

Richard came to fix my door and done a good job! Appreciate his attention to details

Phil came round to fix a problem with a patio door (damaged in an attempt to fix a problem the first time round) and did so perfectly, fixing the cosmetic damage as well. He then offered to sort out three other door problems (locking mechanism failures and an issue with shutting fully), which was really helpful.

RIchard at Hill group was extremely helpful when repairing our shower. Fixed really quickly and informed me on how to repair in future if needed.
