I had a great experience with Richard from Hill today. I reported a damaged lock on my front door, and Richard arrived within just a couple of hours.

He was polite, friendly and extremely informative, explaining the issue clearly and professionally. He also took great care to cover his work shoes with protective plastic before entering my home, which I really appreciated and felt showed a genuine level of respect and care.

Richard quickly diagnosed the problem with the lock and replaced it with a brand-new one. The new lock is working perfectly, and the whole job was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard.

Richard was brilliant and exactly the kind of tradesman you want to deal with: professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and Hill, and I would be very happy to use them again in the future.

I arranged a viewing and met Mr Hoss. I am a first time buyer and he showed us around. Mr Hoss is very professional and has a through knowledge of the property. He also explained to me what are the benefits of a first time purchase. Will definitely be going back to take it further.

We went to see the Lampton Parkside development and I was met by Hoss, we did not have a prior appointment but Hoss was very kind to accommodate and show us around some 2 bedroom flats. The flats are amazing and Hoss is a very professional gentleman who patiently showed us around without pressuring us to take a decision. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the diffrent options open to us. I am looking to buy for my son, we will be going back to see the apartment again!
